4 Day Work Week
With the four-day work week, we gain an extra day of rest and our pay stays the same.
The right to disconnect entitles you to have clearly defined work hours. You are also entitled, when those work hours are over, to unplug and not to have to look at email or to have any work contact.
Right to Disconnect
Workers are allowed to have unlimited vacation, this means time off whenever is necessary. On a calendar year, a worker must take a minimum of 25 working days off.
